10. Cheerleader – If you weren’t a cheerleader in Highschool then you probably don’t have any business trying to be one now… unless you add zombie to it. Actually that might work for any of the costumes on this list.
9. Sexy schoolgirl – Unless you are dressed up as Ami Hyuga from Machine Girl and have a machine gun strapped to your amputated arm, I in no way endorse this costume.
8. Sexy nurse – Why anyone would want to dress up as someone to cleans up poop and inserts catheters all day is beyond me, but the sexy nurse is a staple in slutty costumes. Generally made out of shiny pvc and is short enough for passersby to give the wearer a cursory pelvic exam.
7. French Maid - Another costume I’ve never quite understood. There is nothing sexy about tough stains and embedded dirt in hard to reach areas.
6. Wonder Woman – This is a sexy costume that can actually get down with. The high waisted granny panties coupled with the red knee high boots are beyond hot. Bonus points if you mime flying around in an invisible airplane for most of the night.
5. Some kind of cat – Apparently cats are sexy, cos loads of girls like to throw on some leopard print and a tail at Halloween. Possibly they are closeted Furries.
4. Hot cop – Another ubiquitous sexy costume. Allows a girl to try on a dominatrix persona in a socially accessible manner. Add a nightstick plus handcuffs and the script for your evening is already written.
3. Barbarella – Awesome costume if you can get your hair that big.
2. Pirate – Much more effective if you drop all your ‘g’s’ and pepper your conversations with phrases like “Son of a Biscuit Eater” and “avast ye matey”. Bone up on your pirate speak before the big night here
1. Princess Leia – Requires 6 months of ab training beforehand to pull off effectively, but if done right, slave girl Leia is the perfect combination of sexy and retro nerd cool.
